About Internship:

Conducting hiring process, which includes preparing job descriptions, job postings, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks, etc.
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
Recruiting candidates by approaching them as per the company requirement.
Explaining the profile to the prospective candidates and scheduling interviews.

Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging startup environment.
