About Internship:

We are seeking for an individual who is interested in talent acquisition and would take up this role as an opportunity to grow as an individual.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute recruiting plans
2. Design and update the job description
3. Collaborate with managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
4. Do extensive industry mapping using various tools
5. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
6. Post job positions on portals
7. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
8. Coordinate with the candidate's interview schedule
9. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
10. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
