- Specific job responsibilities include


Research into clients company, competitors and marketplace for hiring the best resource, Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
Create innovative interview process to skim the best talent. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
Conduct interviews, follow-up references and coordinating with consultancies.
Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
Follow up with consultancies and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
Research and develop recruiting leads, Network and build effective recruitment sources
Learn and develop in your area of expertise (specialized job function)



- Experience and Skills

0-1 year of work experience in recruiting
Deep understanding of recruitment processes
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Integrity and confidentiality
BBA/MBA degree in Human Resources.
