Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
? Conduct secondary research on jobs and skills requirements across assigned sectors.
? Design and build high quality HR templates and drafts.
? Develop and manage content in HR-documents like job descriptions, policies, letters, templates, etc. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
? Coordinate among multiple team members such as copy writers, HR business partners, technology partners to create a repository of documents.

Candidate Profile:
? Bachelors in any field, with an interest in Human Resource Management
? Attention to detail
? Strong communication skills and a flair for writing
? Analytical thinker and thorough researcher
