Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.

HR Executive responsibilities include understanding company requirements, hiring the right talent, creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop, and retain qualified employees.

Requirement
Proven work experience as Talent Acquisition
Familiarity with job portals, social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Experience in volume hiring and mass hiring preferred
Solid communication skills
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
Preferably BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Carry out interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand.
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Manage employees’ grievances
Create and run referral bonus programs
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
