JD For Customer Experience Executive
? The incumbent should have strong verbal and written communication skills in
English.
? Customer Experience Executive will help customers with their queries and resolutions
to complaints.
? Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process
returns.
? Help customers understand the product and answering questions about their
pricing, features and benefits.
? Should be comfortable taking and answering Inbound calls, Emails. Should be social
media savvy.
