Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for a smart 'Customer Relationship Executive /Intern' with 0-1 year experience to assist our Customer Service team and someone who can join us as early as possible. Preference will be given to those who are willing to work as full-time employee on completion of this internship.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Help Desk Support:
1. Manage, track & report helpdesk queries and contribute in building the System of Knowledge.
2. Client Servicing to ensure deliverables are met to drive sales success

Member Onboarding via calls :
1. Educate, support and create awareness of GlobalLinker features by demonstration via calls.
2. Assist SMEs in making the best use of GlobalLinker by understanding their business needs and matching those with GlobalLinker functionality.·
3. Share member feedback to product team & support continuous improvement of product.

The candidate will be actively supported by different teams.
