Internship Details

About Internship:

TreeWear is looking for a young, enthusiastic & self-motivated individual to join our growing brand of eco-conscious & sustainable products, in a business admin/operations role. Your role is geared towards the day-to-day operations, with a focus on admin, vendor & order management.

Have a basic understanding of Zoho books, Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel ), Shiprocket. Knowledge of Canva is a bonus

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Vendor/Order Management

- Onboard our brand/products onto new platforms.

- Organize the vendor orders and work through any issues eg. Invoices, inform us about damaged shipments, delays in deliveries.

- Creating and amending invoices for vendors/retailers using Zoho books.

- Following up on sales reports & check stock health with vendors, to organize timely returns.

- Planning special discounts and promotions to improve sales on certain platforms.

- Managing part of the collaborations with vendors and brands (mostly online at the moment).

- Email management with Vendors.

2.Basic Monthly Accounts Management

-Organizing, checking, and uploading monthly sales invoices and purchases to Google Drive.

- Keeping track of sales/purchases and basic accounts. Via checking the vendor back-end/emailing and downloading monthly sales statements for online retail.

-Coordinating with the accounts team to update monthly sales & expenses to prepare Tax compliances

- Verifying our sales and purchases as per the current system we have in place.

- Assistance with resolving and following up with vendors about outstanding payments.

- Keeping track of active vendors every month.

3.Operations Management

- Daily processing and compiling of orders/invoices from various platforms (on Google Drive) for packing and printing by our warehousing team. (important point).

- Troubleshooting issues with logistics providers for order fulfillment (Late Delivery, Non-Delivery reports, returns, damaged shipments & weight discrepancy).

- Speaking with customers to confirm suspicious orders or clarify errors in address or phone number, & coordinate with customers for non-deliveries.

- Contact and email the courier service for any weight discrepancies or unfulfilled orders.

- Keeping track of our stock & sales from an online perspective- Ensuring all orders for the day have been tended to & checking stock health on various online platforms.
