THE BOARDROOM is a premium co-working space provider. Currently, we have 2 centers in Mumbai (Malad and Andheri) offering more than 200 seats. Our state-of-art office boasts of private offices for teams of any size and premium dens for head honchos. We have expertly designed our workspace to adapt to your business needs to help achieve your distinct goals. While you focus on increasing your business productivity and growth, our in-house professionals take care of all your support function needs like HR, tax, travel or legal. And just when members need a quick break, unwind at our specially designed meditation rooms, X-BOX and movie zones plus Sleep-pods for those much needed "power naps".

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Working on space selling and event management for co-working business
2. Working on business development, client relationship management, inside sales and lead generation
3. Identifying target customers, meeting them, and initial sales pitching
4. Centre management and arranging events

• The Community Connect position is responsible for identifying and creating opportunities for like-minded groups or individuals to engage with each other. 

• Relationship Management:

Maintaining a productive relationship with members and making work better for them.

• Building a relationship with individual members to help them network, collaborate and develop meaningful work relationship.

• Design & Deliver member-centric experience and interactions based on common interests and member company growth goals.

• On-boarding new members into the community

• Deliver Hub tours for potential leads (walk-ins or Sales pipeline) through introducing the space and community in a manner that caters to their specific needs.

• Ensuring community and member data is updated

• Ensuring standard monthly communication is shared with respective members.

0 - 2 years prior work experience
