Internship Details

About Internship:

We're seeking an Admin Executive for Knowledge Management, Documentation, CRM building and other Admin work. Candidate needs to be well versed (hands-on) with MS Excel, should have great communication skills and should be updated about developments/ trends in Businesses, Startups, Entrepreneurship, Tech etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

KRA:
1) CRM/ Network Listing:
- Excel CRM updation of all Biz' connects through Visiting Cards, SM connects etc; with address, B'day, Anniversaries; Taggings
- Online CRM creation and updation
- Mobile contacts updation and WhatsApp Broadcast List updation
- Arranging Visiting Cards in Folders, with sections

2) Knowledge Management:
- ET Sunday Magazine & other article sorting, tagging and arranging in files
- Books highlights summary and compiling

3) Hard Disk sorting:
- Hard Disks files sorting, arrangement:
- Files in respective folders
- Movies, Music in folders etc.

4) Photos Sorting:
- Sorting in sections & folders
- Shortlisting & uploading on SM

5) Old Files Clean-up

6) Office Mgt.:
- Stationary, Overall Inventory
- Toileteries, Food etc.
- Housekeeping supervision
- Meeting scheduling
- Creating Minutes of Meeting (MoM)

7) Others:
- Research
- Other work - Flexible

Requirements:
- High Fluency in English (Verbal & Written)
- Good MS Office (PPT, Excel & Word) Skills
- Good Analytical & Logical Skills
- Good Business & Economic Awareness
- Smart & Presentable
- Confident & Extrovert
