Internship Details

We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be the liaison between our company and its potential customers. The candidate should take complete ownership for effectively calling and following up with every lead generated through digital, online and other sources. The representative will work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.


Responsibilities:

• Call and follow-up with all the incoming leads through various channels.

• Seize opportunities to sell/upsell Simpliance products and services.

• Be aggressive in meeting deadlines and targets.

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives.

• Maintain records of all conversations in the database/CRM in a comprehensible way.


Job Skills:

• Customer Service Skills: Candidate will need to be able speak in a confident and friendly way to potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.

• Communication Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Good command over English, Hindi (Kannada optional) is a must. Candidate will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.

• Flexibility in work hours.

• Persistence and positive aggression.
