Internship Details

1) Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

2) Answer questions about products or the company and develop creative pitches and propositions.

3) Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

4) Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

5) Direct prospects to the senior sales manager when needed.

6) Enter and update customer information in the database.

7) Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
