About Company

The best way to describe the 40K Group is as a business collective. The group is made up of three separate companies all united by one important thing; to make a positive social impact, or what we like to call Good Business. (http://www.40kglobe.com.au).

The 40K Foundation aims to improve literacy within rural communities in India as it is recognized as the key for personal empowerment and a means for social and human development. We’ve set up after-school education centres called ‘pods’ for kids living in rural Indian villages. It’s in these villages that we’re pioneering the use of tablet technology and gamified learning to deliver a quality education.

40K Globe is a for profit business. Except it's not like most for profit businesses because the profits used have been designed to fund 40K Foundation, a venture that provides after school education to primary school children in India.

We launched 40K Consulting to run workshops within companies to educate the young workforce about shared value and the benefits of social impact projects. Through these workshops, we invite them to analyse their own situation and devise a social project within their own organisation.
