About Internship:

THE BOARDROOM is a premium co-working space provider. Currently, we have 2 centers' in Mumbai (Malad and Andheri) offering more than 200 seats.

Nestled in the heart of Andheri West (Mumbai), surrounded with the bustling neighborhood, THE BOARDROOM co-working is a BESPOKE solution to all your office space needs.

We are looking for someone who is curious and enthusiastic about bringing like-minded people together to help them do their work better.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. · The Community Connect position is responsible for identifying and creating opportunities for like-minded groups or individuals to engage with each other.

2. · Relationship Management: Maintaining a productive relationship with members and making work better for them.

3. · Building a relationship with individual members to help them network, collaborate and develop meaningful work relationship.

· Design & Deliver member-centric experience and interactions based on common interests and member company growth goals.
· On-boarding new members into the community
· Deliver Hub tours for potential leads (walk-ins or Sales pipeline) through introducing the space and community in a manner that caters to their specific needs.
· Ensuring community and member data is updated
· Ensuring standard monthly communication is shared with respective members.
