Job Description


-Provide quality customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the phone, email and chat platforms.


- Drive bookings by developing proposals that address the clients’ needs. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate these needs, concerns and objectives.


- Listen to customer's requirements and suggest him accordingly


- Clarify customer doubts; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or issues
