Internship Details

Yana Consulting Group is a boutique Consulting firm addressing challenges of Marketing and Sales for mid to large sized firms.  We have worked with large companies in Lighting, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, White Goods, etc and with small and innovative startups. 

Internship of Marketing Professional:  As intern you will work hands-on for one or more of following areas:

1. Expansion of YCG to launch new business areas such as Business Turn Around Services, International Representation,  etc. In this assignment, you will work to research newer business areas, identify and  connect with global experts, find opportunities of collaboration and representation. 

2. In depth Market Research for growth of one of our clients. Say for example, for a client in HVAC Industry, we are looking for overseas growth strategy. The task will be to identify partners for collaboration, events for marketing and customers for selling in one or more European countries. If you scale up, you will handle communications and work towards closures. 

3. Marketing YCG: You will be responsible for a very high-level marketing of YCG executives / consultants by creating opportunities of speaking for them, by helping them build network, creating a powerful social media presence. You will also be part of CXO meetings if you are willing to scale up. 

On a task level you will do following:

1.Use internet extensively to search information / dig out contacts / search industry reports 

2. Create powerful messages for targeted audience 

3. Interact with CXOs on telephone and in person 

4. Prepare presentations 

5. Formulate strategy, etc
