Internship Details

About Internship:

We are seeking Sales & Growth Interns who will perform outbound sales activities to drive transactions through OneCode. OneCode is a universal referral code (a user just has to choose a code on www.onecode.in on behalf of them) which can be applicable on all our partner brands (one single code will work for all brands). You can simply share your OneCode with friends verbally. They will get instant discounts when they apply your code on partner brands while purchasing products & you will get commission in PayTM on every purchase made by using your OneCode.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Primary responsibility of the interns is to drive transactions on our partner brands. Create your own OneCode & share it with your network.
2.Implementation of promotions, Campaigning
3.New initiatives for growth


1.Stipend is performance based
3.Letter of recommendation from CEO
4.Full Time opportunities based on performance
5.Chance to earn more than Rs 50,000 every month. Commission on each sale.
6.In every month top 3 performers will get exciting prizes. Minimum 50 sales are required
to be eligible for these monthly prizes. There will be a leaderboard for the same.
