Internship Details

About Internship:

The Sage Referral Campaign offers cash rewards to external individuals and internal colleagues for referring New customers who sign up for Sage


External Individual – Any individual who is not associated with Sage, is a legal resident of the country in which he/she is participating, is not a

minor and willing to comply with the applicable terms and conditions.

Internal Colleague – Any full-time or part-time Sage employee.

If you are an External Individual, refer to Part B of these terms and conditions and if you are an Internal Colleague, refer to Part C of these terms

and conditions.

This document applies to the Sage Refer and Earn 2019 campaign only.


This campaign covers any individual who refers a new customer who requires Sage products. The customer must be successfully signed on by

Sage prior to any referral payment.

NB: Commission will only be paid for new and successful referral sales. External individuals stand a chance to win R125 000.00 whereas internal

individuals can only win quarterly prizes to the value of R125 000-00.


By participating in this campaign, you warrant that you have the relevant consent to refer and process all information relating to the referral and to

that effect you unconditionally and irrevocably agree, to indemnify Sage and hold Sage harmless from and against all claims, demands actions,

proceedings, liabilities, damages of whatsoever nature Sage may suffer in relation to your participation and referral of a customer to Sage in

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.refer new clients to sage product
2.handle sage administrative accounting
monitors user responsibility and time tracking
The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver excellent customer
service and accurate information to the Pastel Partner customer base,
while working in a highly pressurized environment. Support will be
provided telephonically and will involve in-depth technical assistance as
well as accounting advice.
Skill requirements:
• Accounting knowledge and application thereof
• Working knowledge of Windows
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Working knowledge of computer hardware as well as networking
and databases
• Solid experience in a customer service environment is necessary
• At least 1 year experience in a support related role will be
• Ability to trouble shoot effectively
• Good telephone and email etiquette is a must
Personal qualities:
The successful applicant will display good interpersonal skills with the
ability to communicate effectively in business English. Troubleshooting
and problem solving are key traits coupled with a calm and patient
