We immediately require "Back Office [Female] Assistant" for our Andheri West office to manage our day to day business activities.

Who can apply?

* Any Graduate with a pleasing personality & 3 years of experience

* Candidate must be comfortable to communicate with international clients

* Candidates staying in nearby areas to Andheri West will be preferred 


Essential Requirements of Candidate

* Candidate must have full control over written & oral English language

* Should have relevant experience in customer lead management

* Excellent customer follow-up skills

* Outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word are a must


Summary of Role:

* Efficiently respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner 

* Writes the required correspondence, before or after making the telephone calls according to given guidelines

* Managing the inquiry database and follow up with leads till final closure & payment follow ups

* Co-ordination with logistics

* Handling website back office & other given website related activities to fulfil our business requirements


Job Timing: 10.30 am to 7pm [Monday - Friday]

Job Timing: 10.30 am to 2pm [On Saturday]


Salary: 15,000 Rs to 25,000 Rs
