 Job Description

• CRM is responsible for managing relationships with clients and maximizing sales opportunities within them 

• Playing an integral role in getting the receivables on time 

• Act as a key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions 

• Strong account management and relationship building skills 

• Highly self-motivated 

• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account 

• Meet time lines for accounts 

• Present consolidated monthly report on the business development activities of all the assigned clients
