Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Sourcing Candidates With the help of Job Portals/Job Postings etc.
2.Completion of joining and on boarding responsibilities.
3.Creating a performance culture.
4.Creating a positive workplace culture.
5.Employee Engagement Programmes.
6.Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
7.Tracking the attendance and preparing salary & leave report sheet.
8.Exit process and policy and attrition analysis with exit interviews.
9.Ensure smooth process of FnF
