About Internship:

1)Handling the recruitment cycle
2) Making cold calls and telephonic screening of applicants
3) Scheduling interviews
4) Preparing mandate letter for clients
5) Conducting weekly sessions for employees
6) Preparing joining letters and certificates

Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
1)Day-to-day responsibility
2)Helping in recruitment process
3)Build an organizational structure and planning
4)Build HR policies and maintain them
5)Recognize employee and reward them for their performance
6)Prepare employee development program
7)Maintain good working condition
8)Record keeping
