Internship Details

About Internship:

We are seeking a Human Resources enthusiast who will be a part of an expansion plan in the current Financial Year, and will be working extensively with the HR Head and HR Manager on various aspects of the employee life-cycle management and Recruitment in particular.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support one of the HR business partners in their daily operations
2. Recruitment & selection: job posting, planning interviews, and screening candidates
3. Contribute to new initiatives or projects in the wide spectrum of HR
4. Optimizing HR processes within the employee life cycle
5. Work-life balance and internal communication
