About Internship:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition intern who can contribute to and explore different facets of tech recruitment. This internship can provide you the experience of working in a start-up environment and using different tech tools to get the work done quickly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition intern you will perform all the following roles:

1. Help with operations
2. Source the top 2% of candidates and help build a large talent pool of high-quality candidates
3. Pitch the benefits of TopHire and take them through the sign-up process
4. Track candidate registration process and ensure that they complete their profiles
5. Vet and review the candidate profile for any gaps before it is sent for approval to the co-founders
6. Assist the candidates throughout their interviewing process with our clients
7. Interact with clients to help with scheduling and coordination of interviews
8. Suggest potential candidates to our clients from our diverse talent pool
9. Update pertinent information related to the hiring workflow on a daily basis
