Internship Details

Job description 

We are looking for an HR Trainee / Executive to handle a variety of Human Resources tasks including administrative duties. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Staff recruitment and associated activities like developing job description, job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing etc. 

• Developing and conducting employee orientation and induction programs. 

• Maintain, update employees data. 

• Maintaining historical employee records, scheduling, monitoring employee appraisals. 

• Preparing various hr letters (Offer letter, appointment letter etc) 

• Salary process & reimbursement 

• Facility management 

• Managing admin related tasks like day to day operations of the office , scheduling meetings , co-ordinating with vendors ,managing vendor payments, transport, managing bookings etc


Requirements 

• Any graduate 

• Basic excel and powerpoint skills 

• Ethics and integrity 

• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• 0 to 1 year of experience
