Internship Details

JustCall (https://justcall.io) is growing fast and to ensure high quality customer experience, we are now growing our customer support team. You will be responsible for making sure that new customers are getting complete value out of JustCall.

Role & responsibilities: 

- Help new customers with onboarding and account setup 

- Give product demos and training to new customers 

- Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their accounts 

- Monitor usage and help engineering team with improving the product 

- Spread awareness about our premium features among our existing customers 

- Play vital role in account expansion and retention


- Brilliant communication skills 

- Strong analytical skills 

- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial 

- Quick learner 

- Liking for technology & internet products (you won't be able to perform if you don't like technology or trying out new technologies) 

- Prior experience of handling customer queries/customer support - Big Plus
