About Internship:

Online or offline applications are invited for Indian Nationals to join as Customer Service Agent in Airport Ground Staff Department in various sectors such as Airlines, Ground Handling Companies, Hospitality, Retail Outlet, Food Court & Cargo at Delhi Airport.

• Post: Customer Service Agent
• Eligibility: 10+2/ above from recognized Board/ University with good communication skills in Hindi/ English and basic knowledge of computer.
• Salary: Rs.15000/- to Rs.25000/-
• Age: 18-27 (Age relaxation as per the government directives. 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC.
• No. of vacancies: 510

Roles and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the candidate as a Customer Service Agent would be to assist the passenger at the arrival and departure in the airport. The passengers may require guidance to find the flight gates, counters, rest rooms and the likes. The Agent are required to help the passengers solve these queries and direct them.
