We are looking for a person who is able to understand customer enquiries through a chat and coordinate the booking with the respective property front desk managers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Prompt responsiveness to guest inquiries.
2. Understand the guest requirements.
3. Patience and politeness towards a guest is a must.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Coordinations before and after a booking with the respective properties point of contacts.
