About Internship:

The Customer Operations team is a critical team, responsible for delivering on customer mandates, driving daily operations and providing insights to customers about their operations. If you are someone who enjoys a fast-paced and challenging environment, then this is a great role for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handling customer queries on phone and email and providing timely solutions
2. Coordinating through calls and emails and other channels, with a range of stakeholders to help drive daily operations for shipments
3. ? Monitoring delivery of shipments on a timely basis
