Job Description:
Root Market Research is seeking Business Development Executives to join the sales team based at Lucknow/ Gurgaon and selling of the company’s research services across the globe.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Multitasking abilities with primary focus on sales / business development
• Targeting new business development in new and existing markets
• Rigorous cold calling to reach key connect person
• Speaking to right connect person for potential business opportunity
• The person will have specific sales targets as key performance indicators
• Pipeline management and constant interaction with the business heads
• Build relationship to up-sell and cross-sell
• Develop and maintain Strategic Alliances
• Development of new clients
• Negotiate and close business dealings along with senior sales person
• Retaining existing customers
• Ensuring that CRM and sales pipeline is updated in order to properly track the metrics that
drive business

• Passion for sales and an unyielding drive to succeed in an international selling environment

• Should have a meticulous attention to detail and are extremely well organised, able to juggle

multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Emotionally intelligent and adaptable – easily adapt to different personalities, cultures and

levels
