About Internship:
This Internship is brought to you by Getout.travel. Getout.travel is a secured, rights driven business travel booking and management platform that is a brand of Vstay Solutions Private Limited for companies of all sizes across regions. It allows consolidation of employee travel in a single-window allowing corporate to map their travel policies in the portal. A self-booking tool with access to global inventory and simplified workflow mapping for compliance & multiple payment options for invoicing. While it does all the above, we also have online booking for individuals/retail customer too.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
2) Reaching out via call/email to potential hotel partners to get them on board for our travel platform.
3) Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
4) Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
5) Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
6) Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
7) Working with hotel contracting team when closing a sale.
8) Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
9) Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
10) Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
11) Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
