Internship Details

JustCall (https://justcall.io) is growing fast and we need you to help us accelerate our growth. There is strong inbound interest for our product so we looking to setup our sales team to handle these inbound leads. Till date, the founding team has been handling the demos, deal closing & account management but now, we think it is time to have a dedicated team to handle these responsibilities. We integrate with 19+ popular CRM and Helpdesks which ensures a constant flow of inbound leads.


In last 6 months, founding team has given over 600+ demos & converted 60% demos into customers. So, we will train you to generate similar or better of results.


Role & responsibilities: 

- Give product demos and training to new customers 

- Help new customers with onboarding and account setup 

- Manage our inbound leads & follow up with those who haven't joined or scheduled a demo 

- Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their accounts 

- Monitor usage and help engineering team with improving the product 

- Spread awareness about our premium features among our existing customers 

- Play vital role in account expansion and retention


Skills: 

- Brilliant communication skills 

- Strong analytical skills 

- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial 

- Quick learner 

- Liking for technology & internet products (you won't be able to perform if you don't like technology or trying out new technologies) 

- Prior sales experience is a big plus
