Coaching Philosophy

“I have gained a few nicknames in my near 30-year-long career as a coach ranging from ‘muse’ to ‘SDS’ (Swedish Drill Sergeant). I ‘d like to think I walk a fine line between inspiring and ‘unsticking’ my clients where they’ve stayed stuck - as well as holding them to account for delivering results. ¨
